Facilities Field Manager

Guidewire, Inc. is a Non-Profit Human Service Agency that provides residential, and day supports to individuals diagnosed with intellectual disabilities and various disorders and is seeking a Facilities Field Manager. The Facilities Field Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance team, coordinating outside vendors, contractors, assist with solicitation of construction service contracts. The facilities field manager must be proficient in computer systems, able to work independently, be highly organized, detail oriented and able to interpret and apply Federal, state and funding source regulations and policies.

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday. Full time benefits include health, vision, dental, life insurance, short term & long-term disability insurance, 401 (K) retirement plan, competitive sick, personal, vacation time, and 10 paid holidays.

Clinician / Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / BCBA Candidate / LMHC (CHICOPEE, MA)

Guidewire Inc. is a Non-Profit Human Service Agency that provides residential, and day supports to adults with developmental disabilities throughout Hampden & Berkshire counties. We are seeking a highly motivated, personable, and communicative team member to join our multi-disciplinary Clinical team. The ideal candidate will possess a willingness to learn, a desire to help others, and a desire to make a difference in the lives of adults with disabilities. The Clinician role provides evaluation, research of interventions, staff training, clinical assessments, applied behavior analytic interventions, skill building, and drafting behavior plans for individuals supported by Guidewire, Inc.

PROGRAM MANAGER (SPRINGFIELD, MA)

Guidewire is currently accepting applications for a Residential Program Manager. This is a full time, exempt, management position located in the Springfield, MA area. The ideal candidate will have management experience, strong leadership and supervisory skills, excellent time management and organizational skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Program Managers are responsible for the management of the daily operations of one or more Guidewire, Inc. residential program(s). Job Responsibilities include supervising and training Direct Support staff, scheduling and administrative duties, program support, MAP compliance, on call crisis phone rotation, managing funds.

Qualifications: bachelor’s degree or 4 years management experience in human services or a related field preferred, experience working with individuals with disabilities in residential settings preferred, demonstrated written and oral communication skills, demonstrated ability to work independently, as a team and willingness to work cooperatively with others, familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint), demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, experience working for a non-profit organization preferred, and medical background is a plus.

Guidewire, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team. Direct Support Professionals provide services to adults with disabilities and other psychiatric conditions, and work with their teams to provide an atmosphere of unconditional, positive regard that promotes day-to-day choices, greater independence, and the opportunity to participate in and contribute to community life. Direct Support Professionals work in a number of settings including residential homes.
