IT Assistant (Chicopee, MA)

Guidewire, Inc is currently accepting applications for an IT Assistant. The IT Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance, security, and operations of the electronic/communications equipment of Guidewire, Inc. Duties include, but are not limited to training of staff on software, Maintaining/repairing electronic equipment Assuring compliance with the agency policy on computers and software.

Qualifications:

This position requires a minimum of two (2) years in technical, hands on environment, dealing with Microsoft software, electronics hardware. Ability to work in a fast paced, challenging environment is required.

Human Resource Specialist (Springfield, MA)

Guidewire, Inc. is a non-profit human services agency and is currently looking for a Human Resources Specialist. This is a full-time position which reports directly to the Director of Human Resources. We are looking for an excellent communicator with the ability to work independently, multitask, meet deadlines, and assist in developing department goals and objectives.
Responsibilities include working with a team of HR professionals on all aspects of employment. This will include participating in the recruitment of qualified staff and ensuring compliance with all hiring requirements; reviewing and processing leave requests including leave under the family medical leave act; processing worker’s compensation and unemployment claims; explaining employee benefits and policies; maintaining legal compliance with ACA, OSHA, EEO and related employment guidelines; engaging in employee relations; and providing support for managers and directors.

ABI/TBI PROGRAM MANAGER (HOLYOKE, MA)

Guidewire, Inc. is currently Looking for a CNA or LPN with strong a medical background to help facilitate and manage the needs of a group home to join a team of motivated and dedicated professionals. This home has men with Acquired brain injuries (ABI) and/or traumatic brain injuries (TBI) injuries. The home is located in a lovely country setting in Holyoke.

Good organizational skill and strong people skills are a must.

This is a full time, exempt, management position. Program Managers are responsible to ensure adherence to all ABI, MAP, funding agency, and state regulations. Qualified candidates will have the responsibility for ensuring that all supported individuals are receiving clinical and medical services. The ideal candidate will have management experience, strong leadership and supervisory skills, excellent time management and organizational skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Job Responsibilities include supervising and training Direct Support staff, scheduling and administrative duties, program support, MAP compliance, on call crisis phone rotation, managing funds.
