PROGRAM MANAGER (PITTSFIELD, MA)
Guidewire is currently accepting applications for a Residential Program Manager. This is a full time, exempt, management position located in the Springfield, MA area.  The ideal candidate will have management experience, strong leadership and supervisory skills, excellent time management and organizational skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Program Managers are responsible for the management of the daily operations of one or more Guidewire, Inc. residential program(s).  Job Responsibilities include supervising and training Direct Support staff, scheduling and administrative duties, program support, MAP compliance, on call crisis phone rotation, managing funds. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree or 4 years management experience in human services or a related field preferred, experience working with individuals with disabilities in residential settings preferred, demonstrated written and oral communication skills, demonstrated ability to work independently, as a team and willingness to work cooperatively with others, familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint), demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, experience working for a non-profit organization preferred, and medical background is a plus.  Guidewire, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ASSISTANT – ENTRY LEVEL (SPRINGFIELD, MA)

Guidewire, Inc. has a unique opportunity for an Entry Level IT Assistant.
Responsibilities for this position will include:
– Peripheral Installation of Printers, Monitors, etc.
– Basic Configuration and updates of Windows 7 and 10, and common office applications (Office 16, Adobe Acrobat/Reader)
– Basic End user support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and phones
– Troubleshooting basic networks, and copiers/fax/printers
– Data entry related to IT equipment, updates, and tickets
This position reports to the IT Specialist and is based in our Springfield Office.
This position requires reliable transportation and candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
This position also requires a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalent.
Regular working hours are Mon – Fri 8:30a – 4:30p.
